1. How Long Does It Take to Receive My Refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes inspection. Once processed, the time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank statement from the purchase date to the present date. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@decrum.com.


2. Will I Get a Full Refund After My Return Has Been Approved?

Refund eligibility depends on the reason for your return:

  • Defective/Damaged Product: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you will receive a full refund, including all shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If we sent the wrong product, we will process a full refund.
  • Change of Mind/Size Issues: You will receive a full refund of the item price. For US orders, returns are completely free — we provide a prepaid return label with no return or label fees. For international orders (outside the US), return shipping is arranged by the customer at their own cost, or you can choose a full refund in store credit at no cost.

3. Refund Process and Payment Method
